Architecture before address.
We acquire only buildings of clear architectural intention. The address is a consequence; the geometry is the reason. Each residence has been written about, drawn, measured, and named.
Confidence over publication.
Each residence is presented after a short conversation. There is no listing, no brokerage, no campaign. The collection is a register of buildings, not a market of properties.

Each residence is given
a single brass lantern.
Hand-cast in Glarus, hung at the threshold. It is the small mark of an Atelier Nord composition; it identifies the house long after we have left it.
