⌘ 01 / Manifesto

We do not list properties.

We compose them.

Six residences, across three regions of Switzerland.

Each one a threshold — between landscape and life, between mountain and roof, between water and wall.

Each one introduced privately, by invitation only.

Wellness

The Lower Sanctum

A subterranean wellness suite carved from alpine granite. Thermal pool, hammam, dry sauna, and a private spa kitchen.

⌘ Materials · Four

The four substances
we return to.

Granite

I

Granite

Maggia Valley · Ticino

Quarried from a single ridge above the Maggia, hand-split into slabs. Used as wall, floor and threshold across all six residences.

Larch

II

Larch

Engadin Forest · Graubünden

Charred to the second degree using the Japanese shou-sugi-ban method. Black on the outside, deep copper underneath.

Brass

III

Brass

Glarus · Switzerland

Hand-cast in a single foundry in the Glarner Hinterland. Patinates over decades from new gold to deep autumn.

Walnut

IV

Walnut

Ajoie · Jura

Air-dried for seven winters, then planed by hand. Used for libraries, kitchen joinery, doors and the threshold rail.

⌘ End of materials

Four substances.
Six residences.

We return to the same materials, residence after residence — because the right four are enough.

⌘ 03 / The Plan

Across three
regions.

The lakes, the Engadin valley, the Bernese Alps. Each residence chosen for its altitude, its orientation, the quality of its silence.

⌘ 05 / The Journey

How a residence
is composed.

Four short movements, never more. The whole conversation is held in confidence and continues only with mutual interest.

  1. I.

    A short letter

You write to us. A name, an idea, a region of interest. Two lines is enough.

  2. II.

    A quiet conversation

We arrange a call within forty-eight hours. We listen first, longer than expected.

  3. III.

    A private viewing

Selected residences are introduced in person, by appointment, with no agent present.

  4. IV.

    A composition

If a residence is right, the agreement is hand-drafted in the Zurich atelier and counter-signed.

⌘ 05 / By Invitation

Six residences.
By invitation, only.

We do not publish the full collection. Each residence is introduced in private, by appointment, after a short conversation.
